Ingekleurde kopergravure van twee vrouwen en een hond. De linkse dame draagt een witte jurk uit verschillende lagen dunne stof. Het rokdeel heeft een wijde crinoline. brede mouwen. Het geheel wordt afgewerkt met groene linten en strikken. Ze heeft een wijde sjaal rond haar geslagen en draagt een hoed met struisveren. De dame rechts draagt een paarse jurk, eveneens met een wijde crinoline. Rokdeel bestaat uit aangefronste stroken, afwisselend paars en wit. Hier boven stof met motief. Ze draagt een kap met kant, toegeknoopt onder de kin.
