Das Anklamer Museum besitzt zwei Bilder von Walter Moras (1856 - 1925). Das Schaffen des Berliner Malers fällt in die Blütezeit der Freilichtmalerei. Das Bild "Mondschein über Anklam" aus dem Jahr 1882 zeigt eine Anklamer Schiffswerft auf der Nordseite der Peene. Im Hintergrund sind die Nikolaikirche und das Steintor zu sehen. Es ist das bedeutendste Mondscheinbild von Walter Moras.
