Iš vieno medžio gabalo išdrožta gulinčio jaučio figūra. Jokūbas Dagys (1905 12 16 Šlepščiuose, Biržų raj. – 1989 09 06 Toronte, palaidos Raseinių kapinėse) – skulptorius, tapytojas ir poetas. 1932 m. baigė Kauno meno mokyklą, tobulinosi Berlyne, Paryžiuje. 1944 m. pasitraukė į Vokietiją, vėliau į Torontą. Muziejui skulptoriaus testamentu perduota skulptūrų, bareljefų, aliejiniais dažais ir akrilo technika pieštų paveikslų, atvirukų, fotografijų, knygų, laiškų, laikraščių, kvietimų, lankstinukų, kurie pasakoja apie kraštietį menininką, jo meilę gimtajam Biržų kraštui.
