Apatinėje dalyje penki stilizuoti lapeliai, šonai puošti gilumine technika bangelėmis, o jose kontūrine technika išdrožinėti geometriniai motyvai. Viršutinė dalis puošta gilumine technika išdrožinėtais septyniais lapelias ir dviem riestomis figūromis. Centre kiaurapjūvis lapelis, aplink jį kontūrine technika išdrožinėti pusiau apskritimai ir taškučiai. Prieverpstės vidurinės dalies kraštai puošti išdrožinėtais trikampėliais. Vidinė dalis nedekoruota.
