Centre išpjaustinėta šešialapė gėlytė su brūkšneliais lapeliuose, o ją juosia dvi eilės trikampėlių. Žemiau į apskritimą įrėminta taip pat šešialapė gėlytė. Viršutinėje dalyje įkomponuotas apskritimas su gėlyte centre. Gėlyčių lapeliai lakuoti. Šonai ir ornamentai puošti gilumine technika išpjaustytais trikampėliais. Vidinė pusė nedekoruota.
