This rectangular relief depicts the head and torso of a bald, possibly female, figure with very round features. Two round protrusions on the chest may indicate female breasts. The right hand is raised, palm out; the left is held in front of the body and clutches an object against the chest, perhaps a sheaf of wheat. The figure wears a short-sleeved garment and a bracelet on each wrist. The top of the head is missing and extended beyond the upper edge of the relief. There is an area of fill on the figure's stomach and several holes on the front of the relief. There is a protruding base with ten inscribed characters in two lines.
