The standing, draped female figure rests her weight on her left leg; the right is bent and drawn back. Her left arm is folded against her side while her right hand holds the himation in front of her body. The himation, draping over her left shoulder, completely envelops the body; a pink chiton, with heavy, ample folds, is visible underneath. The oval face is painted pink and has regular facial features; the eyes are downturned, while the lips of the small mouth preserve traces of red pigment. Parted in the middle, the wavy hair is combed into a chignon at the nape of the neck; atop the head is a diadem and wreath of ivy. She wears large, spherical earrings. The figure reproduces a type inspired by the production of Tanagra; the characteristic ivy wreath can be traced back to a Dionysian model.
