Ein nackter Knabe sitzt mit vorgebeugtem Oberkörper auf einem fischgestaltigen Tier. Die linke Hand ist erhoben, als ob sie einen Zügel hielte. Der im Stil der Zeit nach antiken Vorbildern gestaltete Delphin mit drachenähnlichem Kopf und geschupptem Körper, hat im Inneren eine Röhre mit drei Ausgussöffnungen im Maul. Es handelt sich also um ein kunstvoll gestaltetes Brunnenrohr.
