Inačica arapskog uda, sa zanimljivim porijekom. Napravljen od drveta.Sastoji se od trbušastog, kruškolikog, izduženog rezonanznog korpusa koji je u gornjem dijelu prelomljen gotovo pod pravim kutom. Glasnjača je od mekanog, svijetlog drva, na njoj su izrezana tri zvučna otvora na koje su umetnute 3 na proboj ornamentirane rozete. Ispod rozeta i nad drškom za žice apliciran je ornament od tamnijeg drva valovita oblika. Preko vrata hvataljke i prelomljenog užljebljenog dijela nategnute su žice, prišvršćene na držak za žice.
