Violina je izduženog, arhaičnog oblika s neznatno uleknutim srednjim dijelom i prema modernim razmjerima s ponešto nepravilno postavljenim "F" ključevima. Na licu i naličju posve uz rub korpusa instrumenta teče intarzirana crna pruga. Od originalne prvotne violine ostao je samo trup, dok su puž, vrat i hvatalja (Griffbrett) nadomješteni najvjerojatnije u 18. st. U isto je vrijeme violina popravljana od ruke vrsnog majstora, koji je manjkavu gornju dasku upotpunio kod desnog "F" ključa, a ispod nje podmetnuo nešto deblju jelovu dasku. Skambić i kobilica su novi. Violina ima zvuk viole.
