Das an den Rändern beschnittene Gedenkblatt würdigt Gräfin Augusta Sophia von Hohenlohe-Kirchberg, die eine geborene Herzogin von Württemberg war. Sie ist bis knapp über die Knie stehend im Dreiviertelprofil von links gezeigt, um die Schultern einen mit Hermelin gefütterten Umhang gelegt. Von rechts oben fällt im Hintergrund eine schwere Draperie hinab und verhüllt eine Säule, deren Basis am linken Bildrand zu erkennen ist. Unterhalb des Porträts wird die Dargestellte in einer Inschrift mit Wappen identifiziert. Als Vorlage für den Porträtstich diente Johann Jacob Haid ein Gemälde Johann Nicolaus Stellwags.
