D‘Éon ist vom Kopf bis zur Brust zu sehen und mit einem Tuch bekleidet, das durch einen Knoten in Schulterhöhe zusammengehalten wird. Die rechte Brust ist entblößt. Auf dem Kopf trägt d‘Éon einen mit sehr großen Federn geschmückten Helm. D‘Éon wurde frontal porträtiert, der Kopf ist nach links gewandt, der Blick geht geradeaus.
