CIGOGNES DE NORMANDIE. TECHNIQUE MIXTE SIGNÉE à Jean VODAINE et au verso LETTRE AUTOGRAPHE SIGNÉE 14 janvier 1955. 27 x 21 cm. OEuvre réalisée sur une publicité de la droguerie Duthilleul, encre et papiers collés, datée dédicacée et signée au recto à Jean Vodaine. Dans la lettre au verso, il donne des nouvelles des villageois de Sainte Florence ... C’est le soir sous la lampe, le dos au feu.... Voilà déjà douze jours qu’on a porté Tarcaud en terre et sa tombe est marquée d’une croix ouvragée. C’est toujours le même fossoyeur qui est aussi paysan, un veuf qu’a une jolie fille. Et ayant entrepris la lecture de «Le bon Dieu sans confession » de Vialar, ça me prolonge l’atmosphère obsèques...
