Es handelt sich wohl um den Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet Zeppelinhalde bei Nothweiler. Ursprünglich war das Gemälde als "Landschaft an der schwäbischen Alb mit Wachholderbüschen" inventarisiert. Diese Lokalisierung erscheint aber unwahrscheinlich. Signiert unten links °LE. Löscher 9.7.1975° Der °Wasgau-Maler° Löscher war gelernter Bäcker und führte die Gaststätte °Wegelnburg° in Nothweiler.
