Frau A. Koch, wohl gebürtig in Regensburg, Halbfigur, 3/4 Profil, Kopf en face, in weißem, mit Spitzen geziertem Gesellschaftskleid, grauer perlenverzierter Perücke, blauer, blumengemusterter Schürze und Schmuck, vor einem roten Tisch mit kleiner Truhe. Das stark beschädigte Gemälde (teilweise wohl mutwillig mittels Säbel oder Florett aufgeschlitzte Leinwand) gehörte zu einem Konvolut von Porträtdarstellungen Speyerer Bürgerinnen und Bürger der verwandten Familien Treutlinger, Koch und Claus in Speyer.
