Halbfigurenporträt in sitzender Position. Die Dargestellte sitzt auf einem Lehnstuhl in schwarzem Kleid mit weißer Bluse. Auf Ihrer linken Seite sind insgesamt acht Orden angeheftet. Zum Zeitpunkt der Entstehung des Gemäldes war Walburga Weinspach 65 Jahre alt. Vielleicht ist das Gemälde anlässlich des Übergangs in das Rentenalter entstanden. Die Orden verweisen insbesondere auf die Zeit von Frau Weinspach als Rot-Kreuz-Schwester im Ersten Weltkrieg. Oben rechts der bayerische Luitpold-Orden. Friedrich Ulm war als Zeichenlehrer an der Speyrer Realschule tätig.
