På ett rikt skulpterat fundament av marmor med inskriptionen STABILIMENTUM REGNI står Svea (Suecia), iklädd vit med guldkronor broderad klänning, guldbroderad hermelinsfodrad mantel och diadem, tillsammans med det nordiska lejonet. Svea håller fram regalierna på en kudde mot ett altare, på vilket tre små änglar hålla tre ovala porträtt, föreställande kronprins Karl och prinsessorna Hedvig Sofia och Ulrika Eleonora d.y.
