Månadens nyförvärv Juni 2016: Tre exempel på Dresden-romantik: Nationalmuseum har förvärvat tre exempel på Dresden-romantikens bildkonst. Fantasi från Alperna av Carl Gustav Carus, Ek och björk av Carl Julius von Leypold och Dresden i solnedgång av Knud Baade. Tillsammans med de verk av Johan Christian Dahl som sedan tidigare finns i samlingen går det nu att på ett mångsidigt sätt presentera ett viktigt skede i den nordeuropeiska konsthistorien.
