Medalionas. 1812 m. Metalinis, spalvotas. Ovalios formos. Vienoje pusėje madona su kūdikiu, kitoje pusėje-religinio turinio vaizdelis. Medalioną nešiojo Tadeušas Rudominas, karininkas, dalyvavęs 1812 m. kare, prancūzų-lenkų armijoje, mūšyje prie Lipsko. Šiame mūšyje dalyvis ir žuvo. Šeima laikė šį medalioną tradiciniu, nes kulka perėjo per tą vietą, kur visuomet buvo šis medalionas. Mūšio metu medalionas buvo paliktas palapinėje.
