Dit paneel hoort bij ‘De nutteloze zedenles’ van Godfried Schalken. Het laat zien wat de gevolgen zijn wanneer je onbezonnen met je maagdelijkheid omspringt. Een jonge vrouw staat te snikken, terwijl de dokter – een piskijker – haar urine bestudeert. Daarin ziet hij een zuigeling zwemmen, het bewijs dat ze zwanger is. De man links is boos, maar de jongen rechts lacht om de pijnlijke situatie. Hij maakt een obsceen gebaar, terwijl hij de toeschouwer aankijkt.
