Largely auto-biographical, yet blurring the boundaries between fact and fiction, November takes as a point of departure the death of Hito Steyerl's friend Andrea Wolf in order to address the way in which “pictures travel”. The film combines footage that Steyerl shot as a young woman, documentary style scenes filmed at political rallies, and found video.
