Josef Engelström’s collection of pictures was acquired by the Upplandsmuseet in 2011. The pictures reflect the lives and meetings of Joseph and his wife Nora in the places they lived. Josef ärnström (1887-1926) was born in Hållen, Hållnäs parish, Uppland. Josef was a school teacher in Uppsala in 1908 and receives a post at Berge school, Timrå. There he meets the colleague and future wife Nora Selldin (1883-1979) born in Vivsta, Timå, who graduated at the seminar in Härnösand.
