Istidens skapelse Fjärås Bräcka är en av landets förnämsta lämningar från istiden. När isen drog sig undan för 14 500 år sedan bildades en israndsbildning av grus och morän som dämmer upp sjön Lygnern till 15 meter över havsnivån. Åskrönet blev en viktig färdväg för de första människorna som kom till trakten för 10 000 år sedan. Från Bräckans krön har man en fantastisk utsikt. I väster syns havet och i öster Lygnern, Hallands största insjö.
