Johan Ahlbom, f.d. kornett i Karl XII:s armé, strandridare och sedermera kalkpatron, kom till Kyllaj som statlig tjänsteman 1721. 1730 lät han uppföra den nuvarande huvudbyggnaden byggt i sten med ockragult putsade väggar och gavelspets i korsvirke. Fotosyfte: Bildarkivet
