Uppfördes 1699 efter ritningar av Nicodemus Tessin d.y. Husen har haft olika benämningar genom tiderna; barackerna, Drabanthusen, Amiralitetshusen el. Generalshusen. Under 1800-talet fick de benämningen Västra och Östra boställshusen. Under 1700-talet inkvarterades pestsmittade. Efter reparationsarbeten 1720 användes husen under några år som sjukhus. Västra huset byggdes om till administrationslokaler 1958--59 och östra huset till officersmässar 1973--74.
