Titel: Vår armé avlägsnar sig från Asan där en stor seger vunnits (Waga gun taishô Gazan o hedateru no zu / Our Army Leaves Asan Where a Great Victory Was Won) Den 30 juli intog den japanska armén Asan. Soldaterna hade förväntat sig stark opposition men kineserna hadde redan övergivit fästet och flytt norrut mot Pingyang. Japanerna lade beslag på stora kvantiteter av ris, ammunition och tält. I denna triptyk ser man de japanska soldaterna lämna Asan för att förfölja de kinesiska trupperna.
